World Events Today A diary of the various geological, astronomical, meterological, biological and environmental things happening this day throughout the world. A good site to visit if you are prone to complaining about the weather. Presents a live eye on much of it. Steer clear if you are a worrier.

Africa on Camera A livecam site of African parks. See the animals, pan the camera views, but, remember they are 8 hrs behind us and its dark there until about 3PM Australian time

Conservation Volunteers Conservation Volunteers Australia is the nation's largest practical conservation organisation. CVA attracts and manages a force of volunteers that complete more than 1500 vital conservation projects across Australia each year. CVA projects include: tree planting, native seed collection, endangered flora and fauna surveys, and walking track construction and maintenance.
