We are seeking permanent or semi permanent Caretakers (couple) with an offer of free caravan site with power and water.  Your job duties are just to work in with us when there is a bit of work to be done; you’re averaging two to three hours per day.  Some days may be more or less.  Wet season you are welcomed to stay in one of the cabins which are rented out at $300 to $400 per night during the Tourist season.  The cabin has a air-conditioned bedroom, ceiling fans, kitchen, free to air TV, Gas BBQ, large verandah, own toilet and shower and ocean views.  This is more of a life style and not a job.  It may be suitable for people that are looking for life style change.

We are a small community with a Husband and Wife team.  Our business is Tourism accommodation which is two cabins and three camp sites.  It is a very private place, our customers enjoy peace and quiet in the benefit of not having many people at any one time.  We have a private beach, nice gardens, good fishing spots, uninterrupted views of the ocean, land based whale watching up close and peaceful atmosphere all round.

Mercedes Cove is situated on the Dampier Peninsular 170klms from Broome off Cape Leveque road.   The nearest Medical Centre and general store is at Beagle Bay Community which is 35klms drive from Mercedes Cove.  We have satellite line phone access, next G mobile coverage and wireless broadband through the next G network.  Cape Leveque is 80klms (bitumen road) approx north of Mercedes Cove.
